Steven Hastings - Chief Operations Officer

Appointed as Chief Operations Officer in early 2007, Steve’s responsibilities include operations management and co-oversight of financial and strategic planning. Steve has played a key role by establishing solid controls for all operations processes to ensure consistent and timely support for Packet Fusion clients and all of the company’s internal processes.

Prior to joining Packet Fusion, Steve served as a consultant in several Bay Area consulting firms in a wide range of industries such as banking, brokerage, technology, and shipping. His exposure to the operational management and auditing of multi-billion dollar corporations as well as medium and small size businesses for nearly 15 years has provided him with unique insight to necessary management and control requirements to grow and respond to ever-changing customer needs and challenges.
