Account Management

At Packet Fusion, we recognize our customers are our most important asset and we're willing to provide the service and attention necessary to make sure you know it! Through the duration of your relationship with us, you'll have a dedicated Account Manager who oversees all the details of your projects and can help with whatever you need, including engineering/design/technology updates, sales and account upgrades, operations support, MAC activity, dispatch, and more.

Project Management

Attention to detail, a defined process and clear communication ensures our voice and data implementations are accomplished on time and on budget. Our project managers will develop a plan for your project which includes defining goals and objectives, specifying tasks to achieve those goals, identifying the appropriate resources and developing budgets and timelines for completion. They also manage each step in the project plan while maintaining careful controls to keep progress on the "critical path". Your project manager is involved from the initial planning through post-launch follow up, and through their adherence to a rigorous standard of project management, they ensure every implementation is a smooth, hassle-free experience.
