The San Jose McEnery Convention Center places excellent communications at the top of their priority list, so when they needed to upgrade their phone system, they knew it was important to select the right solution provider.

“In the tourism and hospitality business, nothing is more important than communications, and we’ve been planning to upgrade our phone system for a long time,” said Narith Keo, IT Project Manager with Team San Jose, the group that manages the convention center. “It was critically important that we select a system that would do everything we needed and be up and running quickly.”
Packet Fusion sourced and installed 270 Mitel/ShoreTel phones in five buildings for the facility, which covers 520,000 square feet and hosts hundreds of events each year. The convention center now has the capabilities they need to deliver better customer service, and the project was implemented on time and on budget.
